Hello!
I recently acquired a wavecrasher and equipped it on my Gnome. When the procc (Breath of the Sea) goes off, there is no spell graphic on the mob. I had a Troll warrior friend use it and the procc appeared on the mob (green, cannibalize spell look). I think there is a bug/error for Gnomes. Would appreciate any help with this.
