And since a few people have asked, for the ring 7 mq the only thing you need is to be not KoS with dwarves, all pieces needed for the MQ will be provided.
For ring 9, if you are having difficulty obtaining the completed box of heads I can do most of them solo for you, but it would be extra depending on which ones you need help with (ie the avalanche ale costs a bit to make, while the first one is just about pulling and downing the mob)
