I'm not familiar with that spreadsheet, but it seems pretty clear that those columns are the class and race modifiers for your character. They provided examples in the spreadsheet, and for the race (L1) they even linked to the wiki page:

So for instance if you had a human (no/100% modifier) wizard (no/100% modifier) you'd presumably use an I1 of 100 and an L1 of 10. If instead you had a troll (20% penalty) warrior (10% bonus) you'd use an I1 of 90 and an L1 of 12.
Don't ask me why the spreadsheet went with multiples of 10 for the race bonus/penalty and multiples of 100 for the class
