Maybe that was before my time, I only ever remember it being 18 but my memory sucks and those were very alcoholic times for me. I don't even remember what years I played clearly. I remember killing GOTSS a few times, but we sure had more than six people. I dunno what they did later, but GS at the time was a mid-level raid guild.
