Possibly correctly broken: Whysia recharge Shining Star of Light

Whysia Flock follows prompts for "recharging" the proc weapon the Shining Star of Light.

She asks for 20gp and the the Weapon.

She just stole my weapon and is mocking me with it.

I don't know if this was originally a charged weapon in game, and it makes sense that a procing weapon is not rechargeable. Just wondering if there's an error there.

This is working as intended on my server, but there were recent updates to the script that aren't on the running servers yet.

Based on my research, this was never a charged weapon. If anything is found to the contrary, post it up.
