Not that well, just guessing. There's a #pvp on their discord and just my post in r/ProjectQuarm asking about pvp.
I'm sure all the raiders on Quarm itself know because of the availability of the instances. However I don't know if they require characters to be permaflagged in the open world. Pretty sure they do. So most would only pvp on an alt afaik. There is one event instance, Planes of Mischief that is pvp. Not sure what levels or loot or how exactly that works. The vanilla-kunark pvp situation just isn't ideal for EQ. It seems.
