Note for Rebby on Green
Upon turn-in to Rebby. Rewards Rebby's Rat Whiskers, exp, BUT no faction rewards, as of July 17 2025 on Green.
Zingsb Ard - 23 bard. two pngs. 1st is turn-in of correct "Note for Rebby" note. 2nd is reward of whiskers and only exp no faction.

The wiki does not indicate any faction for the note. You don't get faction until you take the whiskers back to the quest giver. There's at least one related fetch quest with the same framework: https://wiki.project1999.com/Note_for_Janam
