Quest Issue: An iksar knight - Missing Item / Event / Dialog

I tried to get him to spawn on green last night with no luck, so still wasn't able to verify how his spawn works.

Found some more pointing to him spawning at the giants feet with some dialog

Saw this guy the other night on my way out to wonder around with a newbie Iksar in Warslik. Hailed him as he ran to his resting spot, heh, this is what he said first (11pm)

an Iksar knight jumps out of a giant's belt pouch. 'Ahhh!! I must remove myself from this vile lair!! Back to the gate!!

Interesting that he says this when hailed running back to the gate.
