Wiki Registration?

Tried to login to the Wiki and it says I don't have an account.
Then I tried to create an account and it says:

Permissions errors
You do not have permission to create this user account, for the following reason:

The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Administrators.

Help?

There is currently no way to create new accounts for the wiki. There was a massive spam issue with bots posting 100s of ads/scam pages so they disabled account creation. I've not heard anything since this so dont really have any other info than whats in this thread below

This. We're all just waiting on Rogean/Rahvin to implement a CAPTCHA (or for them to ask a motivated programmer/wiki editor to do so ...)
