Best geared character would be Zeelot the Guildleader of TMO.

Since he is a Hybrid and a Dark Elf he can wear every piece of loot from Phara Dar.

Kind of subjective if you're just going by toon. Best gear by class would be more objective since different classes have different BIS gear, some easier to acquire than others.

Since the good PD pieces blow away most others by comparison, I'd say Tiggles' post above has some merit.

Pretty much all of the TMO core members are wearing full PD gear at this point. At this point though the real question is who has the largest alt army with the highest total pixel value.

Probably this is one of Tizzle, Jeremy, and Sericx but Nordenwatch, Zagum, Aalpha, Bob, Sloan, and Sentenza also have a ton of pixels. Plus there are other people I could be missing.
