WTB necro spell splurt, invoke death(49 pet)

Hello everyone! I recently returned after a 1.5 year break and can't seem to find these spells in the commons. Being guildless, this is my only option in hoping someone can help me. I will be on "Oleris" for the day and would love to get these spells.

Also, if anyone is bored I would like someone to show me where the turn in is for the red wine quest in neriak. I adventured there yesterday and almost died within a minute after getting lost. Thanks!
