blink server select screen

I type my user acct and my password and click login and it goes to the server select screen but it's blink. am I doing some thing wrong

Try relogging should fix.

Probably no need to reformat or reinstall anything. Likely a connectivity issue. Happens to me 50 times a week (no exaggeration).

Since the DEV's upgraded servers about a month ago, people have been getting this issue and others quite a bit lately. Try doing a hard reset on your modem/router (push the little reset button) and you should be alright. Some dumb connectivity issues with people's ISP's trying to reach their new servers but a hard reset is the answer for 99.9% of it.
