Default Divine Intervention/Death Pact

The calculation for the Death Save on these spells is not working correctly here.

Currently the Save is rolled when the target is at 0% (reaches 0 hit points).

This is incorrect, the Death Save should be rolled when the target is between 1% and 15%.

Divinte Intervention/Death Pact should NOT work on a PC that is Death Touched.

If the target drops from 16% or higher in one combat round (or spell) the target will die with Divine Interventiond/Death Pact on anyway.

Examples:

NPC Death Touches PC with 5k hp
PC dies (No chance for DI to Fire)

NPC is fighting PC with 5k hp
PC health is at 760hp
NPC doubles PC for 400 damage (800)
PC dies (He had 760hp - 16% and went to 0% from the Double 400)

Still searching for success/fail rates from before and after Unfailing Divinity 1/2/3 (PoP AA).

Edited -- I'm not sure if there is a message for DI if the target drops from 16% or higher to 0%.

I don't know how to explain this though other than hp dropping from +16%, it has to be from the one combat round thing:

Quote:
Bugged DI looks something like this:

A fire beetle hits YOU for 1188 points of damage.
Ainian goes into a berserker frenzy!
Ainian has been rescued by Divine Intervention!
A fire beetle hits YOU for 1744 points of damage.
You die.
You die.
You die.
