IP Has a Temporary Block on it.

I keep getting the following message when trying to log in, "You are currently not allowed to login to the server because this IP has a temporary block on it. Please try again later."

My wife and I just installed the game and are trying to play together in the same house using the same internet connection. Is this why we I am getting this message? She is currently in game and I cannot login. Is it possible that 2 computers can share the same IP address?
She created an account under a different name and e-mail than me.

Any info would be appreciated.
