Velikist Shaman DC on Action

I have a lvl 14 shaman (Velikist) and this morning I must have gotten some sort of a corrupt file on him. I have reinstalled and repaired. I still have the same problem. Everytime I even click Q for attack he DC's. I was recommended here by a GM to Delete the Character and try having him restored to fix this uncommon issue. Thank you for you time and I will have an update post after trying this.
