Game Mechanics: Whirlwind not riposting all attacks.

I'll try to get you a log of this soon, but I've found this to happen a few times now.

Whirlwind is supposed to riposte 100% of frontal attacks rendering you un-hittable for 12 seconds. The other night in PoS, I decided to fuck around with Key Master. I popped Whirlwind discipline and turned on attack for some fun. Not more than one second later I was dead via two melee hits of 1k+. I was 100% facing front and riposted quite a number of his attacks before the two hits landed. Apparently he hits *insanely* fast, because within that 1-2 seconds before I died, I riposted over 25+ attacks of his before he was able to smack me down through the discipline.
