Login Server Issues

Been playing relatively bug free on Windows 10 for a while. Lately, I've had an issue where I can't access the login server. I'm guessing that is the issue at least. I will login and the server select is blank. If I use the quick connect option, there is nothing there.

Also, sometimes it just times out when trying to login.
