Monk - Round Kick vs Tiger Claw vs Tail rake

So.. I dont think Im crazy..

Tiger Claw seems to be 3 sec reuse
Tail Rake is 4 sec reuse
Round Kick is almost 7 secs?

But everyone says they are on the same timer.|
I'm quite confused.. Maybe my time flows different and its all in my head? XD

They do have different cool downs, but are on same timer. That is why you cannot use round kick while waiting for tiger claw to refresh.

Ok. So flying kick is definitely the best though? I like the tail rake. XD

Yeah, once you unlock Flying Kick, you never look back at the other special attacks.
