Monk quest - Mechanical Net Delivery for Wenglawks Manly Purse

My monk is almost 51 and hasn't hit Velious yet. I'd like to get this but was curious if anyone's done this that was kos with the giants?

I'm not familiar with how many mobs are in this area and if it's possible to sneak turn in on the quest or if I'd get mobbed.
