out of date spell files

hey guys spent the last 3 days trying to get project 99 to work.... i can get all the way to the chr log in screen but saying spell files out of date... go to this website to DL... but thats where i DL it from in the first place.... i have V44 let me know if there is a more updated one. TYVM /bow

Second this. I can't get the game to work. Fresh install of Ttianium for me (tried twice) and unzipped spells files into the same directory. Unzip command even asked to overwrite files so that leads me to believe its happening in the right place.
