Default lost toon from account
my lvl 5 enchanter is gone... Mezzery was the name...
I was away for a week and just got back last night and am back online now,
when i logged into account i had no created toon...

could it have something to do with the IP exemption that was asked for but still not actioned yet?

Double check to make sure you didn't log in to the wrong server.

dont use auto login. it sometimes picks the wrong server
