Cheap starting WE ranger stuff like banded and fast weapons

I'm Cenbo, im a new ranger in West Commons right now hunting, im looking to buy some small banded and one of each type of weapon that I can afford with a decent delay to build skill. (1hs, 2hs, 1hb 2hb, piercer).

My budget is only 153 so I can't afford everything, but if anyone has any ideas let me know.
