The loom in South Qeynos outside the Lions Mane Inn is actually a "Sewing Kit"

The consequences of this is that anything that requires a deluxe sewing kit or a loom to manufacture cannot be combined at thsi particular "Loom".

Normally this would not be an issue but the nearest loom is in Halas so I figured it was worth a bug report.
