NPC Spawn Issue: a goblin bodyguard

The a goblin bodyguard should pop near the chief. When i was camping this place, that was the only room i was camping in not clearing the bottom at all and that was the way i was getting the circlet. The bodyguard should drop the circlet of shadow more often too, i dont know what is the % but it should probably be close to 60% whip - 30% circlet and 10% the gloves. The circlet of shadow was sold 25 to 50pp in 2000 because it was common so the loot should be uncommon not rare like we can read on allakhazam for some reason. In 5 hours today we got whip only, maybe badluck but if the % is not good thats why 8). But for sure he was popping near the chief. Thx!
