Nurga - a goblin rockchanter drops

I'm wondering if the rockchanters aren't itemized properly. They're supposed to have a few drops, none of which I have seen in quite a few kills. The one I'm most concerned about is the Chant Rock (Slate Chant Rock), which is used in the Cabilis shaman cudgel quest line.

(says the rockchanter is found in FM and not Nurga because of the revamp)

If I'm wrong, and they are dropping and I just have terrible luck, sorry for the post, but I wouldn't be posting unless I felt like something was off with them.
