Undead charm breaking often since new patch?

Didnt see in the patch notes. Was charm affected by the new patch?

I am in kaesora charming undead, just dinged lvl 39 about when the patch came out. I have a significant charm break ratio on the same mobs that I had less issues with when I was a level lower.

Anyone know why this would be happening? 2-3 breaks during one fight sometimes!
