Gear Priority? Lute of the Howler or Singing Steel?

I love Illusion items, they are like my fave thing, already blew cash on a neriad shawl before.
It's also a better lute than my lute.
The effect is almost as good as the 45 songs haste and I only plan on getting the char to 52 tops, so it frees up a song slot for something else that I don't need to waste on "spell haste".

But for 10k I could get all of the following.
I like clickies a lot too, The arms clicky is useless but direct ac upgrade, the rest seem pretty cool.

Thinking about getting maybe the boots and bracer before the lute...
