Screen Resolution Issues :)

Hi - apollogies if this issue has been touched on.

I'm running bootcamp on a mac. Things are actually running not bad - but I have to crank up the screen resolution to the max to get full screen. Because resolution is up so high - all my in game UI boxes are waaaaaaaay too small [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. I'll include some pictures. Is there anything I can do to deal with this?

Side note:

I'm also having a lot of issues left clicking on things in game. For example selecting a target... I have to bang my touch pad like 5 times to lock on to them.
