Game minimizes when Clicking Accept

So this started happening a week or 2 ago. I will open up Everquest and maybe 7 out of 10 times the game will minimize completely when I hit Accept for the Eula. when I go back in to hit accept this time it will work but nothing can be clicked at the login screen which then I have to quit the game and keep trying. Only a few times clicking the accept after launching the game will work and all the buttons will work. When it does work and I get to character select if I click on anything the game goes into windows mode but I can atleast get in and play. Very annoying. Not sure what causes this. Any help thanks.
