Miscellaneous: Confimred Issues with Loot and Cities?

I have killed multiple decaying skeletons/black bears in nektulose forest. None of which have dropped meat or bone chips. The corpses do not disappear like they normally would if not items were on them.

Also, I have attempted to log into the misty thicket/rivervale area to no avail. The game client crashes every time I try to log into my halfling in this area.
