Will red99 live still be considered beta?

I look at bug forums and see a ton of issues not addressed at all. Some are minor and some are major. Some have been addressed by a dev others havent. I know this shit isnt easy and not everyting can be fixed, even p99 has stuff still being worked on but just seems there is little time to fix alot of the major issues in the bug thread
