Enchanter versus Necro soloabolity in Velious

So just curious to other people's thoughts about how well can Necros solo compared to Enchanters in velious (didn't know if their charming was as efficient in velious due to high MR). Do chanters really just become buff bots in velious or are they still solo gods?
