Merchants: Many tailoring patterns unavailable before Sept. 1999

The following tailoring patterns were not sold on merchants prior to September 1999:

• Mask
• Belt
• Cloak
• Bracers
• Shoulders

The only patterns available seem to have been:

Cap, Gorget, Tunic, Sleeves, Gloves, Pants, and Boots. (the "standard seven")
