Default 10th ring rotation

I cannot post in raid forum so posing my quesiton here.
my questions are regarding the following forum :
http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=242383

2 Questions:

1)
Lets say a guild is up for their turn with the ring war. If that said guild for any reason fails the Ringwar; GD will then respawn after 2 hours. Are we allowed multiple attempts within the 24 hours of the first spawn, or does the respawn from a failed attempt become FFA?

2)
I'm assumging any guild who fails a ring war has to forfeit any Dain respawn related to their failed ring war; would that be correct?

Badain not respawning after the repop of the zone is the reason we came to that agreement. I've read rumors about fail respawn being different from success but who knows. Respawn timers on raid targets are very difficult to prove from live since downtime and Respawns were so frequent.
