Plane of Sky and Mem Blur question

Question to the P99 community... While I was doing some unrelated research I came across about some posts mentioning that the mem blur line of spells could not be cast in Plane of Sky.

Is this true on P99 and from your recollection on Live? I know Sky is buggy and originally launched with some weird stuff (heard of folks saying just speaking in /say would agro the efreeti's below for instance).

Doubt this would be a game breaking change anyways, just wanted confirmation from some readers before making a bug report.

No clue if this was an 'unintended' thing on live that was later patched or what not and fixed, but seemed at least during some time frame it was a thing.
