Spells: Bard Songs and Stunned...?

I am not sure if these are issues on my end or lag involving the server.

A few situations that eventually lead to my bard dying. Each of these involved me performing melee combat with a dark blue monster while twisting songs.

Song #01 begins, the casting bar plays, and when it ends, I begin song #02. When the casting bar ends, and I begin song #03, song #02 does always not appear in my buff / song window.

Song #03 is Brusco's Boastful Bellow (level 12) - when I looked back after I died, there were numerous times the game told me the song went through but the mob never received non-melee damage.

Whenever I got stunned, all my songs would cease. I thought being stunned would cancel your current song, but all of them dropping?

And being the paper tank, once I started to run away and kicked on Selo's, somehow the mob easily kept up.

So I'm not sure if I had a streak of bad luck or latency lag hurt my connection between home and the server. To me, it seems after the server crashed (???) a few nights ago, my gaming has been a bit spotty.
