Why is it good on blue?

Do people just want it because they like it rather than it being effective?

How good is it for leveling after your character hits 20?

T-Staff is the best weapon a monk can have DPS wise before Epic/SoS combo from a mathematical perspective (Everyone says this, I still can't get it to work out as better DPS than the T-Staff). Is it financially worth it to buy one? I don't think so. It only works out to be 2-3% better than an IFS and 1-2% better than a PB. It is 10 stone though which is a huge drag. I did just get myself one tonight though after pulling for the Hand Room for 7 hours straight and I will be using it. The 120DD+Stun proc is def nice. GL!!

Good to know this, I cannot wait to get one personally. I am on red though, So the proc is just as valuable as dps if not more.
