HHK / Left Goblin Ears. Diff between 1 and 4 handins?

Wondering if I should hand in 1 at a time, or 4 at a time? If I remember correctly, isnt it suggest to do 4 CB Belts at a time because more exp or something? Is it the same way with the goblin ears in HHK?

Have done just one, but normally do four. He tends to walk away. Pain in the butt at times.
