This spell vendor is not willing to sell me any of his goodies even though his buddies do. I am a gnome necromancer and can buy from all of the other necro vendors with no issues. He has my level 20 spells I need, I will still be able to pick them up in another city (I hope) but just wanted to let you guys know about this.

Everywhere I have read seems to point to me being able to buy what I need without any problems from him. He is in the secret under ground area for evil vendors in East Freeport.

He had the wrong primary faction
