They were implemented prekunark (very limited mqing) and a few required fixing since then may be hit or miss on which ones without some confirmation.

I tried paladin Girdle of Faith on Red and it ate the items. So count that one broken. Turn-in NPC was Dirkog Steelhand. Haven't found any info either way on this on the wiki.
