Gypsies selling resist earrings?

Someone told me you can possibly buy some of the following off gypsies somewhere in the game. Is this true, and if so, where?

Earring of magic reflection
Earring of fire reflection x 2
Earring of frost reflection x 2
Earring of poison reflection x 2

Magic - nillipuss quest only I believe
Fire - Lavastorm
Poison and Frost- Erud's crossing off erudite madman

edit- can get the poison and frost also from nillipuss quest while trying to get poison amulet or magic earring.

What do they give on stats? +3? +5?
