Default Why would anyone start a new character on a server with RZ rules where everyone is 60

It amazes me that people wonder why the player base won't go up when it's self explanatory from the rule set alone.

If you make a new character, you're gonna be soloing from level 1-60. Who wants to solo a warrior or cleric to 60? You can't even PvP till 60 either since anyone you find is going to be a melee in a fungi tunic that just automatically wins. Overpowered, low level items like this were mitigated on SZ because you could just call in a level 60 to instantly kill the level 10 fungi tunic SK.

On SZ, there was plenty of grouping and PvP pre-60. You just go to a zone that your team controls and look for people. Occasionally (or usually), a level 60 would come and attack your full group of level 40's, but you could actually pose somewhat of a threat to them since the PvP code was changed so level gap didn't factor in to resists like it used to. Being able to kill level 1's also gives you a reason to visit lesser used zones, which causes high level PvP to happen in places instead of just Karnors.

None of that happens here, it's just a barren wasteland of no groups and no real PvP until you hit max level.

TLDR: wipe the server, change to SZ teams & rules (with good and neut combined if possible), re-release server with Velious open.
