on character select on every toon i click enter world and always just locks up for a while than black screens server not responding....everytime....i used to play all the time ...v54 check window eqclient ini all that nothing worked so far...i can go to login and bring up all my toons but cannot enter world on any

Only thing I can suggest it to go back to square one mate - I had a similar issue after my first install of P99 but I think I missed a step somewhere - probably applying the last latest patch.

I uninstalled, deleted the install folders, installed again to a completely different folder location (incase of any old registry or appdata issues) and applied the patch again before starting and it seemed to work....

Try using a hotspot or vpn to rule out a connectivity issue.

Got it fixed...was a weird thing with ISP where it was dropping and not recognizing DNS off and on at random for about 22 hours...so i would have internet but than would get dropped for seconds at a time and couldnt maintain anything but still open stuff and all that so threw me off. can connect fine now
