Miscellaneous: Possible bug: Skewer Recipie

The skewers recipe (smithing) does not appear to be working. Not sure if this is a bug or just a plain different recipe than listed on eqtraders.com. I was using metal bits, skewer mold, flask of water. I also tried with 2 metal bits and 3 metal bits.
