Epic shortcuts in Velious

Anyone know if the epic shortcuts, such as the spawned versions of VS or Fay, get implemented with the release of Velious, or does that come later?

Golems in fear will drop some epic stuff. New mobs in hate for epics. Triggered ragefire in skyfire. Yeah things get more accessible epic wise. I'm not sure exactly when those revamps come in relation to velious but they do come in this servers timeline.

I think its early velious but not release, the chardok and CT revamps come in near the end.
