Looking up

I know using num 9,3,5 and page up and down are for looking up and down.
Seems like mine isn't working. I went into options and even reput those keys in and still cant look up or down. Any suggestions?

Doesn't work if you are playing in third person. If you are in first person and it still doesn't work, hold the right mouse button with mouse look activated (F12 key toggles it on and off) and you can adjust your PoV

PG UP / PG DOWN is what I've always used. Even works in 3rd person.

Test PG Up/down in a browser or something to make sure they are actually working. They could be tied to a Function or FN Lock key.
