Cannot see buff durations

Have a new problem where when I hover my cursor over a buff it will not tell me the name and duration. Any ideas? I have nom modified my Ui in any way.

I can find this now, but someone just posted this same question a few days ago and the answer was to restart your computer.

For me, holding the alt key works.

The answer was restarting my computer. I thought restarting the game would be sufficient but I guess not. Thanks Lyra!
