Default Spell Gem Right Click Menu

Is there any way I can enable this? Perhaps a different spell bar I can download that has it? Or am I stuck with the old way of trying to organize tons of spells in my spellbook?

Is there perhaps a different spellbook UI I can load if that's the case that can fit more spells on a single page?
