Chardok Revamp?

I tried searching, but I couldn't find a clear answer: can anyone tell me whether or not the Chardok revamp will ever happen on P1999? On the live servers it happened after Velious, but before Luclin, so it's not clear (to me at least) whether it belongs or not.

This isn't particularly important or anything, it's just that I'm trying to avoid killing Sarnaks, and if the revamp isn't going to happen I'll happily go back to slaying them [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
