Can I get these back?

I was doing the warrior quest to upgrade the Pike, and somehow I ended up loosing the bag of Froglok shakles and the pike.

Is there a way I can get a GM to help on this?

Edit: I know that this is probably not the place for this post, but I didn't know where else to post it.
